Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SB Ops LLC collects when you use stephaniebrackett.com, the playbook storefront at stephaniebrackett.com/playbooks, and the customer library at playbooks.stephaniebrackett.com, and what we do with it. "We," "us," and "our" mean SB Ops LLC, which operates these sites and sells The Playbook Series by Stephanie Brackett.
The short version: we collect only what we need to answer your messages, send you what you signed up for, and give you access to what you bought. We don't sell your information.
Information we collect
We collect information in five ways, and only what you give us or what's needed to run the sites.
When you use the contact form. Your name, your email address, your message, and the date and time you sent it.
When you sign up for a free playbook. Your first name and email address.
When you buy a playbook. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, billing, and sales tax. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number. Lemon Squeezy shares with us what we need to deliver your purchase, such as your name, email address, what you bought, and your order number.
When you sign in to the customer library. Your email address, so we can send you a one-time sign-in code, and a record of which playbooks you own.
When you visit the sites. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It does not use cookies, and we don't use it to identify you personally.
Cookies and browser storage
The customer library uses cookies to keep you signed in. They're required for the library to work.
The interactive playbooks save the answers you type in your own browser, on your device. We don't receive or store those answers. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your typed answers won't carry over.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Reply to messages you send through the contact form
- Send you a free playbook you signed up for
- Deliver your purchases and give you access to the customer library
- Send sign-in codes, receipts, and messages about your purchase
- Understand which pages are visited, so we can improve the sites
- Keep the sites secure and prevent misuse
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Emails from us
If you sign up for a free playbook, we'll email it to you. We may also send occasional emails about new playbooks and related resources. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email us to stop them at any time.
If you contact us or buy a playbook, we'll email you about that message or purchase. Buying a playbook or using the contact form does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Sign-in codes and purchase messages are part of the service, so you'll still receive those if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the sites for us, and only what each one needs to do its job:

These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. Lemon Squeezy's policy also applies to your purchase.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if the business is sold or transferred. In that last case, this policy would continue to apply to the information we'd collected.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we'll remove it except for records we're legally required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails
Email privacy@stephaniebrackett.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
If you delete your customer library account, you'll lose access to the playbooks you bought through it. Download your PDFs first.
Children
These sites are for adults running businesses and teams. They're not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, sign-in by one-time code, and restricted access to stored data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll let customers and subscribers know by email.
